Prior to conversion worked on revamping all outlets menus, re-prcicing and unifying all alcohol prices in all outlets, did all preparations for Ramadan Tent (Concept, menus with Executive Chef, entertainment, A/V equipment, manning)

Worked closely with Engineering on improving maintenance and started preventive maintenance for all areas
