January 2019 to Date:

EAM-Rooms / Acting Hotel Manager (Shangri-La Doha / JW Marriott Marquis rebranded on May 1st 2019):

Responsabilities Included Front Office with all Sub-Divisions, Housekeeping, Engineering, Spa and Security

Temporarily Responsabiliries from Jan to May included additionally F&B, Culinary and Stewarding

Worked on recruiting, improving the Front Office level of Services and after the conversion to JW worked on the critical path and implemented all Marriott programs (Bonvoy, GSS, GXP, Arrival Experience, Botanical guide, etc)

Prior to conversion worked on revamping all outlets menus, re-prcicing and unifying all alcohol prices in all outlets, did all preparations for Ramadan Tent (Concept, menus with Executive Chef, entertainment, A/V equipment, manning)

Improved Spa revenues month over month with tactical offers and aggressive sales

Improved revenues in all outlets month over month

Worked closely with Engineering on improving maintenance and started preventive maintenance for all areas

Managing all Welcome Office related sub departments (Airport, bellboys, concierge, operators, receptionists, etc)

Handling manning and budgeting

Managed 152 one and two bedroom apartments

Coordinated with the DOSM and DOR for the pricing and budgets of the Residences

Negotiated offers and contracts

Coordinated with ENgineering and housekeeping for maintenance and upkeep of the apartments

Handled guests requirements and coordinated them with the concerned departments
