ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Inspecting the jobs as per Control Plan.

2. Approving First Off, Mid Off and Last Off Samples. 3. Recorded in the Inprocess Inpection Report sheet. 4. Verifying the working parameters and Poka Yokes installed in the machines. 5. Following Statistical Process Control (SPC) for important parameters as per control plan. 6. Verifying the rejected jobs are in the red bins and rework jobs are in the yellow bins. 7. Following Daily Management Information Systems (MIS) 8. Conducting Minutes of Meeting (MOM) with operators and line supervisors. 9. Maintaining Calibration History Cards for all Gauges, fixtures and instruments. 10. Maintaining Master List for Monitoring and Measuring Devices (MMD). 11. Maintaining Calibration Certificates for all Gauges, Fixtures and instruments. 12. Verifying all Calibration Certificates as per calibration standards using check sheet. 13. Maintaining records for rejected gauges and instruments. 14. Maintaining Spare gauges and instruments list separately. 15. Recording new gauges and instruments list separately. 16. Getting Quotation for new gauges and instruments from the supplier and following till the Purchase Order gets approved.

17. Conducting Measurement System Analysis (MSA) as per plan for both variable and attribute gauges.

18. Maintaining Calibration Stickers in all Gauges, Fixtures and Instruments. 19. Maintaining all Calibration Standards.

20. Inspecting Punches & Dies and maintaining reports for all tools. 21. Maintaining Master Samples, Defect Samples for all the parts. 22. Maintaining drawings for all fixtures and checking the fixtures in the CMM. 23. Attending all Customer Audits and IATF audit for calibration and clearing the audits without getting NC.

24. Metrology Lab Incharge.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
