Key Biscayne Yacht Club / Superintendent
Demolition of existing 25,000 s.f. building. Constructed new 56,000 s.f. building. This challenging project included installation of underground utilities in a low tide environment. Extremely detailed interior work was required to meet the level of quality expectations.
Ft. Lauderdale Airport Terminal 4 Expansion / Superintendent
Expansion and renovation of existing Terminal 4 at Ft. Lauderdale International Airport. This complex project included the addition of 500,000 s.f. and renovations of an active airport terminal The work included extensive underground site utility work and multi-level new construction.
Element Hotel – Philadelphia, PA / Superintendent
51 Story, 770,000 s.f., 755 room dual branded hotel complex.
Philadelphia Family Court – Philadelphia, PA / Superintendent
New construction project that included fourteen floors above grade with structural steel frame and unitized curtain wall system. The construction included three subterranean parking levels of cast in place concrete and one mechanical penthouse level.
Abington House on the High Line – New York, NY / Superintendent
33 story tower with 39 residential rental units, retail space and parking garage.
Rapid Repairs (NY Hurricane Sandy Recovery) – New York, NY / Superintendent – Project Manager
The project included emergency repairs for permanent restoration of heat, power and hot water as well as ancillary repairs to make dwellings watertight to protect residents from further damage. Residential properties ranged from individual single family homes to multi-residential buildings
Resorts World New York – Jamaica, NY / Superintendent
The scope of work for this multi phased project included extensive sitework on 64 acres as well as renovations and new construction totaling 736,000 s.f.. The work was performed at the site of the existing Grandstand area and consisted of a four level casino facility with two gaming levels and an events center on the top level. In addition to the gaming and events center, the project included several dining and entertainment venues including outside terrace dining and entertainment spaces.
30th Street Redevelopment: Main Post Office – Phila., PA / Assistant Superintendent – Field Engineer
Renovations to a 927,000 s.f. Main Post Office to convert it to the new regional campus of the IRS which houses roughly 5000 employees. Project scope included extensive architectural, structural and MEP demolition as part of a complete gut out of the former postal operations space, historic restoration of façade and lobby areas, the addition of 14 new elevators, new grand staircase and new MEP and life safety systems.
30th Street Redevelopment: Vehicle Main. Facility – Phila., PA / Assistant Superintendent – Field Eng.
Renovations of existing USPS Vehicle Maintenance Facility to provide retail, parking and mail sorting facilities. The facility included 90,000 s.f. of space for Postal Service Operations and 95,000 s.f. of parking.

Apartment complex consisting of 502 units, 10 buildings, clubhouse and recreation area

1610 Chestnut St. – Nine story brick building that contains office and classrooms
1622 Chestnut St. – Twelve story brick building that contains offices and classrooms
