Signs notices of submission of Performance Appraisal Reports for probationary and regular employees.

Evaluates Performance Appraisal Reports of all employees.

Recommends employee movements (salary adjustments, promotions, transfers, etc.) resulting from performance deliberation.

Issues notices of transfers, developmental assignments, promotions and other employee movements resulting from the annual deliberation of performance.

Formulates and recommends performance management system improvements to ensure a fair judgment in measuring employee performance and implementing rewards system.
