Job Profile.
1.Erection & Overhauling of Rotating machineries such as Steam Turbine (HP, IP, LP), Generator, Turbine / Motor Driven Boiler Feed Water Pump, Auxiliaries Cooling Water Pumps, Demineralized Cooling Water Pumps, Centrifugal Compressor (Vacuum).
2.Erection of static equipment’s like Reaction Furnace,PlenumChamber,Burner Assembly, Condensers,Condensate water coolers,Steamknock out drums,Vent gas knock out drums HeatExchangers,Incinerator, plenum chambers etc.
3.Extracting & reviewing information from O&M manuals, equipment history, OEM consultation.
4.Develops solution and makes recommendation.
5.Recommendations follow up.
6.Develops scope of work for equipment inspection, repairs methods, and corrections as well as defining hold points and required measurements.
7.Physically carrying out inspection of work during repair and accepting the equipment.
8.Accountable in ensuring the QA/QC of equipment.
9.Handling all types of measuring instruments dialgauge, micrometer, Vernier caliper, inside micrometer, depth gauge, slip gauge etc.
10.Coordination among client and contractor for materials and logistics.
11.Preparation of monthly progress reports.
12.Prepares a variety of reports like joint measurement record and getting approval from Client.
Piping:
13.Co-ordinationwith staff at the work site for Drawing, Specification interpretation, Contractual interpretation and all Field office engineering functions. This includes close coordination and effective liaison with Home office in respect of design and other departments, to ensure site work progress is not interrupted.
14.Co-ordination with all other department engineers to ensure that engineering matters are promptly dealt with Subcontractor to avoid confusion and unnecessary delays.
15.Interpret Technical Documents, with the assistance of the relevant staff, in order to resolve any discrepancies, ambiguities, confusion or queries, expressed by Client/subcontractor.
16.Preparing & obtaining the data for Project Construction Schedule, updating of schedules and data to reflect actual progress and to forecast trends for management review / action in order to ensure Construction to be completed within schedule time.
17.Co-ordination with Store & Documentation staff for the proper control of materials and documents.
18.Piping fabrication, erection, alignment and Pre-commissioning .
19.Co-ordination with operation & process departments during plant commissioning.
20. Final documentation review.
Educational Qualification:
Diploma in mechanical engineering from state board of technical education and training.
B. Tech in mechanical engineering passed in 2010 from Prasad v potluri Siddhartha institute of technology,JNTU
Industrial Orientation and Trainings:
Induction training two weeks in KNPC, Executor and PTW card holder.
Induction training one weeks in RIL.
