Architectural Design

Removed 15% of the overall construction costs of a retail chain store’s ($180K to $360K/yr.) by performing a thorough review of the drawings, making slight changes in project scope, and substituting strategic materials.

Led the team to develop innovative phasing plans for contractors to remodel existing retail stores without closing the business during normal business hours.
