We are member of lean manufacturing team in GHCL. We implement of first 2s than 5s in different dept. of manufacturing area like Made-ups Production, Processing, HR & IR, Utility, etc. and saving in core, Making value Stream Mapping, & 7-wastage Control, Training Blue color worker.
HDPE Project, Material Handling Project
We are remove of HDPE in overall plant mainly in cutting & inspection of fabric dept. because of existing buddle system and we suggested PP Raping sets on one pallet so easy handling & 1.5 core saving of cost.
