1. Third Year of Engineering:
Project Title: Industrial Monitoring System.
Project Objective: To provide a proper and secure monitoring system for various industrial parameters. Technologies Used: Python, Putty, Eagle, VNC Viewer, Multisim. Project Description: This project focuses on real-time monitoring of temperature ranging from -55 to 125 using a Temperature Sensor and a Microcontroller. The data is taken from the sensor to the micro- controller using a 1 Wire Interface. The system can measure real-time industrial temperature, store historical data and display temperature and plot a curve diagram using Thingspeak Software. The system de- signed initiates a cooling system once a set temperature value is crossed along with sending notifications to the operators mobile followed by an alarm announcement. My role in the project was to interface the sensor with microcontroller and do the programming for the controller. 2. Fourth Year of Engineering:
Project Title: Advanced Headgear for Safe Riding.
Project Objective: To provide a proper, secure and highly advanced feature rich helmet for safe riding. Technologies Used: Python, Putty, Eagle, VNC Viewer, Multisim. Project Description: To make the helmet advanced along with secure, I have considered factors such as alcohol content, location access in case of emergency, and automatic control. The alcohol sensor present in the helmet calculates the alcohol content of the rider from his/her breath and compares it with the specified government limits (already given as input) and accordingly the automatic control of the helmet starts/stops the bike, acting as an important precaution. The helmet also includes a GPS system, which will send the location co-ordinates to the nearby emergency services. Also, we are aiming to design a Head-Up Display which will display the map and traffic details on the helmet. My role in the project is to design the helmet and interface the sensors with microcontroller and do the programming of the micro- controller.
