PERSONAL SUMMARY

From a very young age, I have been passionate about helping others. I knew I wanted a career in which I could be a positive impact upon someone’s life. When my grandfather was diagnosed with tracheal cancer, assisting the home health nurses with his care and my presence improved his demeanor. That was the affirmation that I was meant to be a nurse. Upon attending Jersey College & starting my clinical rotations with the knowledge and skills I had obtained, to receive the same gratitude from the patients to whom I was charged their care demonstrated to me that I had made the right choice.
