Project 1: Coke oven project

Cocking coal to be converted in to coke (which is having carbon content) & this can be used in blast furnace & corex plant as a fuel. By product of coke oven is coke oven gas whose calorific value is 4200 kcal/sm3.This can be used as a fuel for generating power & various processes in steel plant.

Successfully completed the following tasks:

Preparation / Detailing of Instrument data Sheet.

Working knowledge of hardware configuration of Step7 PLC and programming.

Project 2: Erection & Commissioning of RHTOB (Ruhrstahl Heraeus Top Oxygen Blowing) Plant

This unit is used to get purest steel grade. The RHTOB plant is designed based on vacuum system and oxygen blowing system. When liquid steel come from ladle furnace it is treated in RHTOB. 200 T Ladle lifting hydraulic system, Argon & nitrogen purging valve rack system, Vacuum locking system, Oxygen blowing system, Material feeding system, Burner system, Moving vessel transfer car system.

Vessel Pre Heater

Identify of each field instrument with preheater P&ID

Correction of wiring from field instrument to JB

Loop checking of each instrument with JB & preheater panel

PT, Pressure switch, solenoid valve, motorized valve connection from field to JB to preheater panel.

Burner 1 & 2

Identify of each filed instrument with Burner 1 & 2 P&ID

PT, DPT, TT, Shut off valve, Oxygen and Natural gas FCV valve connection with JB to Burner 1 & 2 panel
