Prepared hardware comparison chart by redesigning bolts in Creo 2.0 and reduced hardware cost by approx. 300 thousand USD. Established 3D models in Creo 2.0 for Automobile contour based on Model vehicle’s point cloud data to analyse vehicle drag force and turbulence.
Redesigned and simulated fuel tank assembly by removing pipe mountings and adjusting casing dimensions using Creo 2.0 to reduce costs up to 140 thousand USD.
Assembled mountings and accessories on chassis of heavy commercial vehicles using Creo 2.0.

Impact on Composite Armor Dec. 2018
Analysis of composite armour using materials like Kevlar 29 fibres and T800 S carbon fibres reinforced epoxy.
Modelling and simulation of the impact of 9mm bullet on composite armour on ABAQUS 2017.
Results show 97% of energy absorption of the bullet upon impact to the composite armour on ABAQUS and 95% on siemens NX.

LPG Refrigeration System Jan. 2016
Design and fabrication of a Refrigerator using LPG as a refrigerant as a major project with a team of 5 members.
Reduction of ozone depletion potential (ODP) to zero and improvement of overall efficiency by 20%.
Formula Student Japan (SAE) Sep.2014
Secured 1st position amongst South East Asian countries and represented university in Japan.
Designed the vehicle on Solidworks and led the design and analysis team of 4 members.
Designed chassis in Solidworks and FEA for torsional rigidity, front impact and side impact using Solidworks and ANSYS.

National Go-Kart Championship, India Nov. 2013
Served as captain and led the team of 18 members, secured 2nd position overall and was awarded the best design award in the event.
