EXPERIENCE

Presently working in Global system and Service as Operations Manager since 01 Feb 2015. The company specializes in providing technical services for Telecom Base Station Installation & Maintenance.

As Operation Manager my role is to meet the client companies, convince them to rely upon us, get the contract, send team to site for the construction, meeting with company representatives, locals for the supplies civil / technical requirements, hand over the site to the company etc., oversight the construction of new BTS and tower erection (Roof Top, Ground base), commissioning of various Tele/Mobile service provider companies (more than 10 active clients) with team strength of 123 highly skilled technical professionals based in Kolkata, India across West Bengal and also some neighboring states in India like Odisha, Bihar and Jharkhand.

Our specialization includes Installation of new cell site and co- located sites, Battery installation & maintenance of VRLA/Lithium ION, Power plant/Battery bank/SMPS/IIMPS commissioning and repair, Solar Installation, Telecom/Solar Earthing, DG installation & commissioning, Electrical Kitting & warehousing, site Maintenance related work.

I have worked in Indian Air Force as Air Defence System Operator and Radar Fitter from 27 Dec 1983 to 31 Dec 2003, Reliance Communication as Field Engineering Officer from Oct 2004 to Nov 2006, deployed at UNIFIL (Lebanon--from Nov 2006 to Jun 2008) and UNAMID (Darfur; Sudan--from Aug 2008 to 06 Sep 2012) as Microwave Engineer, worked in a local construction company as Operations Manager since 01 Feb 2013 to 31 Jan 2015

Worked in Team sites / Sectors of UNAMID & UNIFIL as a sole technician to maintain total communication system including Microwave, VSAT, HF/VHF repeaters, IT helpdesk duty, ICT stores as Senior Engineer of Trigyn Technologies Limited.

My work experiences spanning 35 years includes:-

Presently working in Global system and Service as Operations Manager since 01 Feb 2015.

Professional experiences for Trigyn Technologies Limited follows (UNIFIL and UNAMID):

a) Project planning, initiation, installing, maintaining, commissioning and providing Voice & Data connectivity through Micro Wave Radio Link using Eclipse, Aprisa XE, Aprisa SE.

b) Worked as IT helpdesk, maintained & provided telephone connectivity from PABX.

c) Installed/Repaired/Cannibalized/maintained Alternative Power Sources like UPS of 1/5/10/20 KVA for individual computers and in Communication Shelters as per requirement.

d) Supervising Fiber layout, Telephone cabling, Ducting and Trenching at upcoming positions.

e) Singlehandedly installed many microwave links, PCSI lines, VTC-Tandberg, Cisco, BGAN, Thuraya, HF/VHF repeaters of Sector East, UNIFIL (was having total 28 sites including Sector HQ) and Sector West, UNAMID then Kabkabiya and Um Baru Team Site.

f) I was having additional responsibility of Team sites Kabkabiya and Um Baru as Camp Manager

(Facility Management). The responsibility includes planning of accommodation, water, security, entertainment, transportation etc. for the residential members includes troops, Intl. Police, civilians,

visitors etc. (approx 850 - 1050 personnel) by liaising with local body and various department of UN which includes supply, procurement, transport, water & sanitation.

Worked in Reliance Communication, one of the leading WLL / Mobile service providers of India.

Maintenance and operational readiness of 08 BTS; Maintaining 38 kms of OFC by splicing and securing the OFC; Study, survey, planning, meeting and finalizing the site for upcoming BTS and supervising erection then commissioning of new upcoming towers / BTS.

Served 20 years of distinguished service as Air Defence System Operator for 05 years (27 Dec 1983 to 31 Dec 1988). As ADSO, I did work M&I Section, C.T, Tarmac, ATC etc. As Radar Engineer I did work in GCA for 15 years. Supervisor / Administrator / Technician in Indian Air Force, at various Air Force establishments throughout the country. Experienced in maintenance and repair of various Static, Airborne and Mobile Radar / Radio Communication equipment, using test equipment by laying and installing aerials and cables. Overhaul, repair, maintenance and operational use carried out on various Radio / Radar / Electronics equipment mainly HF, VHF & UHF TxRx.

Experienced in different line of indenting procedures of Technical Stores.

Outstanding communication, team worker, relationship building and interpersonal skill.

Fluent in English, Hindi and Bengali.
