Post-graduate project done in Micro Biology titled “Anti Microbial activity of Marine Microbes from Mangroves against Human Pathogens between January – June 2019.

Description:

Isolation of bacteria was done form the Samples of Adayr Eco park, Chennai, Then subjected to primary screening of antibacterial activity. Further compounds were extracted from it separated and conformed the activity by Bioautographic Assay. potential isolates which showed activity can also be further taken up for secondary metabolite production, enzyme production, or any pigments that can be of industrial, aquaculture and medical importance.
