Worked on the SailPoint & Fieldglass integration for contractors- For the very first time, we were able to provide contractor lifecycle processing from onboarding to offboarding. With this integration we reduced the risk of a contractors having access beyond their current contract assignment. Got an Organization level of recognition – ‘Standing Ovation’ for the Project.

It pertained having a separate authoritative feed in SailPoint for C type contractors and enabling the automation in a phased manner (to minimize the change impact), educating the Fieldglass team about the benefits of this integration, and how to address non-compliant contractors from losing their access. Even during the post-validations, spent many hours working and collaborating with all the various team members, such as the ACA team, Fieldglass team, AEM, IDM Operations, and IDM team members to ensure this was a success.

Fieldglass Logical Access enhancement for creating a cube in SailPoint based on the Logical Access Value, passed on from Fieldglass. For Logical Access='Y', a cube with an Active Directory account along with the other basic roles and entitlements provisioned is created. For a contractor with Logical Access= 'N', just a cube in SailPoint is created with no NTID and Active Directory account. This is a new Logic implemented in SailPoint for an authoritative source.

have automated the windows access' handling for Contractors based on the logicalAccess requirement for their job role. Modified the Fieldglass Create, Update, Terminate and Rehire workflow for both Automatic and Manual Feed to incorporate the logical access changes in active-directory creation, adding/removing or restoring access and sending email notifications accordingly.
