Presents Benefit section of New Hire Orientation.

Processes new enrollments, annual open enrollment, COBRA and life status changes.

Audits monthly benefits invoices and submits requisitions for timely payment.

Processes requests and monitors for FMLA, Disability leaves as well as ADA claims.

Assists Human Resources Manager with the administration of the 403(b) plan.

Sends out COBRA notice and life insurance conversion information to terminated employees.

Maintains the HRIS system and paper benefit files.

Participates in annual employee open enrollment meetings.

Administers the workers compensation program.
