Full knowledge of all services is carried out throughout the spa. Communicate and assist guests as giving the right information about the treatment as guest enquire. Fully trained and certified in carrying out all therapies and treatments available to guest. Knowledge regarding spa products used in the Spa and salon. Carry out any other job related duties, making booking, cashiering, billing, up selling the treatments and products, handling the phone inbound and outbound, replying email, etc. Full knowledge of the Spa software system.
