Responsible for turning around and repositioning this newly acquired 100 room property with 45 employees. Golf course, full-service marina, recreation & fitness center, 4 F&B outlets, and a 800 seat conference center. Improved labour relations, morale and productivity through effective communication and the implementation of training & development programs.
Increased overall resort operations revenue by almost $1M and time share sales by $800K.
Net income improved from a loss of $470K to a profit of $825K over two years.

Casino Windsor, ON. Recruited to open Canada’s first commercial casino and 489 room hotel managed by Caesars, Circus Circus and Hilton. Accountable for all operations and facilities management and 1,100 employees. Managed the annual operating budget of $175M and oversaw complex capital projects in the $75K - $3M range.
Successfully opened the Temporary Windsor Casino on time and budget in 1994.
Opened the Northern Belle Riverboat Casino is 1995 and the permanent Windsor Casino Resort in 1998.
Developed and implemented policies and standard operating procedures for the hotel/resort division.
