EXPERIENCE DETAIL

Pak Arab Refinery LTD – Pakistan (October 2016 till date)

Currently I am working with Pakistan s leading energy supplier as a operation Engineer at Diesel Hydrodesulfurization unit and also monitoring Revamp activities of DHDS unit.

Diesel Hydrodesulfurization :

I am Operating and monitoring DHDS Unit comprises of Multiple Bed Reactor, Furnace Heater, Heat Exchangers, Charge Pumps, Reciprocating Compressor, Stripper & Amine Scrubber column.

My core responsibilities include,

Executes and monitors startup, shutdown and operation of plant as per SOP .

Maintains plant maintenance record, daily log sheet, shift log book and chemical inventories.

Performs equipment isolations, draining, depressurization, purging, Steam out and handover for routine maintenance job; collects daily sample, scheduled survey and plant integrity audits.

Enforces HSE and PTW systems; notifies management of unsafe working conditions and reports HSE incidents. Actively participates in HSE tool box talks & emergency dummy drills.

Maintains a high level of safety awareness and standards in all daily tasks and guide the subordinate staff and contractors on safe working practices.

Liaise with engineering department staff to coordinate breakdown and routine maintenance work in facilities and plants to ensure minimum deferment of production.

Implements effective action to control emergencies and contain hazards within area of responsibility.

Particicpate in development of Turn Around SOP s with supervisor.

Generating SAP requests for maintainance jobs, issue chemicals & PPE s, & special work requests.
