3 Basements+ 2 P+G+23 Floor Four Towers (Maintenance of HVAC Chiller System, Generator, Fire Alarm, Fire fighting system, Building management system, Elevators, CCTV system, Swimming pool)

Reported to: MEP Manager

Duties:

Operation and Maintenance of District cooling system, FCUs, FAHUs, Chiller Pumps.

Operation and Maintenance of LV room, Generator Room.

Operation and Maintenance of 2x 850 KVA Diesel Generators

Operation and Maintenance of All MV& LV Electrical systems (LDB. MDB, SMDB, Energy meters, PDU, Feeders & Transformers),

Operation and Maintenance of VCB and ACB Breakers Operation and Maintenance of Elevators (12 Nos).

Operation and maintenance of Low current systems such as Fire Alarm, CCTV system)

Periodic maintenance and scheduling of façade cleaning system (cradle equipment)

Building signage, Lighting and Lighting controls (sensors)

Preparation and submission of daily, weekly and Monthly reports.
