Job Description

- Set co-ordinates of the proposed Construction (Road) & Pipe line Routes

- Mark & Expose exciting Underground Services

- Update Drawings/ Projects Files/ Records

- Fixing lay out for the project according to the master plan

- Making bench marking from side to side

-Preparing House Connection Survey Sheets and checking the levels etc

-Prepares and submits weekly reports to the Project Manager

-Stakeout point of Concrete Piles, Structure Columns, Footing, Grade Beams, Pile Caps, Retaining Walls, Roof Slab as per coordinate.

-N.G.L. Taking Box Culvert, Minor Bridge, Side Drain Work Daily, Weekly and Monthly progress reports of sites under control.

- Work with the Accuracy of the work and preparation of the reports as per the frequency.

- Preparation of Survey Work as per the site conditions.

-Consultation with Project Management & Engineers regarding site survey .

-All leveling work

-Coordinate with the Contractor s surveyor on work priorities and schedules.

-Check all work by completing traverse closures and bench circuits.

-Perform joint measurements of the completed work or payment.

-Check completed work for conformance to the line and grade required by the project plans in coordination with the Inspector assigned to the item of survey work.

-Perform regular checks of the Contractor s setting out to verify proper execution and accuracy. Maintain equipment in proper condition and perform frequent calibration checks.

- Adjust surveying instruments in order to maintain their accuracy

-Ensures the respect of the company s and the client s quality standards
