Operation & Maintenance / Troubleshooting

Fleet Operations Management
Held accountable for repair and maintenance of the heavy, light transport fleet, irrigation system and agriculture machinery.

As a team leader, successfully met the target of completing the entire blow & Injection moulding plant and bottle & Cup filling lines maintaining safety, cost and quality standards. (OADC, Oman).
Successful completion of up-gradation of Tetra Pak processors from 3 ton to 5 ton, Installation of Ammonia Water Chillier (375 TR) Boilers (3 & 5 Ton), Installation of Tetra Pak Ice Cream Extrusion line was responsible for managing overall planning for installation & commissioning of the project. Installation & Commissioning of 10000 litter processing plant and 6 filling lines in 45 days, Installation and commissioning of plastic factory (PET blowing machine capacity of 14000 BPH, injection machine for caps, HDPE bottle blowing machine, HP & LP air compressors and cooling tower). (Dandy, Qatar).
Refurbishment of Ammonia Water chillier (425 TR) & two Boilers (1.5 Ton). Responsible for managing overall planning for installation & commissioning of the project 12 ton processor & bottle filling line 12000 BPH full automated from SMI. Blowing from perform, Filling, Capping, Sleeving, Shrink Wrapping with different configuration, palletizing, stretch wrapping, HP & LP air compressor, cooling tower, 160 TR chillier and 1 ton of boiler. (Ghadeer, Qatar).

Project & Factory Operation Manager
Responsible to plan and manage capital improvement projects for existing and new facilities.

Supervised maintenance, repair and new project jobs for the entire company including garage, agriculture machinery (Massey Ferguson, John Deere tractors and equipments, Irrigation System like Centre Pivot, Sprinkler, etc), Milk and juice processing section, milking parlour, refrigeration system, etc.
Functioned as an In-Charge for maintenance and repair of agriculture machinery, fleet of freezer trucks, trailers, tractors and transport vehicles.
Efficiently handled maintenance and repair of packaging, processing, milking parlour, cold rooms, air compressors, water chillers, boiler, etc.
Implemented effective service plans to minimize breakdowns.
Significantly involved in performing periodic inspection and modifications as needed.
