I. JOB DESCRIPTION
Promote Health, Safety, and Environment culture within employing company Advice and recommend continuous improvement to meet and exceed corporate targets and statutory compliance with local regulations and applicable local laws Understand health, safety, and environment problems/opportunities and clearly communicate solutions to a board stakeholder base. Work with employees to change their methods and beliefs through educating them on health, safety, and environment management that leads the Oil and Gas sector. Work with employees and others to protect the health, safety, and environment of staff, customers, and visitors by ensuring that risk in the workplace are properly controlled and that impacts on the environment are minimized.
II. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Deliver Health, Safety, and Environmental programs to prevent or correct unsafe environmental working conditions, utilizing knowledge of industrial processes, mechanics, chemistry, psychology, and industrial health and safety regulation.
2. Develop and submits recommendations to the Management to maintain compliance with the Governmental Occupational Health and safety regulations.
3. Oversee the worksites, ensuring that adequate resource and appropriate system in place to ensure compliance with all accreditations, licenses, and appropriate international and industry standards.
4. Plan and monitor key aspects of the Integrated Management System, including management reviews, internal audit and vendor audit/certification as appropriate, managing quality standards in accordance with the existing 14001 and OSHAS 18001 accreditation.
5. Maintain the records of the calibration/verification activity of the gauges, measuring and test equipment with established control features. Page 2 of 5

6. Review all Non Conformance Reports, both internal and external to the company to ensure that appropriate corrective and preventive actions are put in place wherever possible to eliminate root causes.
7. Review all external HSE plans and be the primary point of contact for customer nominated inspection and/or audits.
8. Liaise with internal customer on a regular basis to understand and improve perceived HSE performance.
9. Identify and recommend HSE related training required to support continues improvement.
10. Prepare monthly management reports on HSE performance. 11. Any delegated tasks or responsibilities as required, provided the requests are reasonable and the employee is capable and competent to fulfill them. 12. Assist with monitoring and recording functionality and location of emergency exits, fire extinguisher, fire suppression system, special ventilation system, and/or any other safety related items.
13. Participate in responding to emergency situations involving hazardous materials, or fire and smoke incidents; Prepare reports of finding and recommendations.
14. Perform inspection of facilities, equipment, accommodations, operating procedure, and staff competence for general safety, chemical safety, hazardous materials/waste, industrial hygiene, fire safety, or environment affairs to ensure the safety of workers, facilities, and visitor as well as regulation compliance.
15. Collaborate with other personnel in investigations accidents, preparing reports, and documents data, activities, findings, and recommendations. 16. Develop accident-prevention and loss-control systems and programs for incorporation into operational policies and recommend corrective action or changes in facilities, standards, or administrative method in response to complaint, applications, undesirable conditions, or violations of law. 17. Comply, analyze, interpret statistical data and prepare report related to exposure factors concerning occupational illness and accidents. 19.
