Sintex Industries Limited (Yarn Division) from 2016 to Present :-

Company Profile:-

(SIL) has set up a Rs 6,500 crore Greenfield textile processing plant at Village Lunsapur in Amreli District(Near Pipava Port). The plant, with a capacity of 1 million spindles and composite unit for spinning, weaving and processing Sintex Industries Ltd Yarn division is producing high-end cotton yarn, polyester, spandex and viscos among other products. Around 60%-80% of the production is doing export, and rest sold in domestic markets. Sintex has been producing high-end structured dyed yarn shirting at its plant in Kalol near Ahmedabad.

Job Responsibilities:-

Drafting summary reports concerning key issues upper executives need to review

Verifying that all accounting related departments follow company protocol

Presenting accounting issues and results to executive committees and upper management

Monthly Bills Process in SAP.(SAP Version-HANA)

SAP Knowledge – (MIR-7, Service Entry, PR/PO, FI-Transaction) Keeping accurate records for all daily transactions

Monthly cross check invoices physical with system and processing

Record accounts payable and accounts receivable

Update internal systems with financial data

Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports

Reconcile vendor payment statements

Participate in financial audits.

Participate in HR /Administration/Safety/Security/canteen internal audits.

Track bank deposits and payments

Review and implement financial policies

Monthly Raw materials physical audit

Quarterly Store (spare parts) audit

Manage Bankers visits.

Petty cash handling.

Good Knowledge of All Factory Act, Health, Safty, Welfare, ER-1.

Good Knowledge of Employee joining formalities, biometric punching.

Daily cross check company Staff, worker and contractor workman Mis.

Monthly cross check & Process P.F., ESIC, Insurance.

Monthly cross check &process bills like Transport, Medical, Security, Guest house, Pantr y Housekeeping, Canteen and Hotels.

Local lesioning with Government Non-Government Bodies.

Monthly cross check & Process company workers payroll.

Monthly cross check contractor’s bills with compliance as well as proper manpower with biometric punching, also twice in a week physically checking of manpower which is enrolled on contractor’s account.

Monthly cross check employee reimbursement bills which is part of salary as well as when employees goes to OD they need to submit bills which is verified by us.

Job Responsibilities:-

Finance & Accounts,

Daily monitoring of financial activities like billing, banking, petty cash etc.

Local purchase from local market negotiation with local vendor.

HR & Administration Support.

Supervision and management of all day to day of office administrative activities.

Monitoring Stationery requirements incl. printing works as Visiting cards & letter heads, Brochures, Preparation of Identity Cards, generation of Email IDs, joining & induction, internal & external audits etc.

Monitoring monthly attendance, leave management, Payroll management, statuary compliances.

Transport Management:-

Monitoring of transport facilities in terms of daily supervision and track on transport, Facility viz. punctuality of the vehicle/breadth analyser test/first aid kit/valid Fire Extinguisher etc.

Ensuring a proper follow up of all the parameters set as per the Motor Vehicle Act.

Hotel & Travel Booking:-

Involving in tying up with multiple Hotels in all categories (2 to 5 star) including Tying up with service apartment.

Ensuring the hotel bookings, flight, train bookings, miscellaneous travel bookings are as per the requests received in the required category and in cost effective manner.

Maintenance / Arrangement / Miscellaneous:-

Purchase of office equipment’s and maintaining AMC as per requirement.

Maintenance of office furniture, electrical and electronic devices Procurement of New requirements (Laptop), Breakdowns, Office Seating, Renovation etc.

Monitoring housekeeping work & office boys. Managing Pantry requirements.

Handle issues with respect to Data card, audio/video equipment, Sim Cards. Bill process of mobile & data card, con-call connections.

Arrangement and coordination for Office meetings, interviews, training programs, Seminars, and Office get together.

Process monthly bills for payments i.e. mobile, data cards, courier, rent, stationery, Hotel travel, housekeeping, guesthouse bills petrol, pantry, car rental & other bills.
