The primary responsibility of my team was to assist our members’ concerns on security and fraud. During the month of December, I was the 2nd best agent in our team.
I chose to leave due to health reasons, specifically Insomnia. I was having trouble sleeping that there were times when I had to come to work with no sleep. This affected me greatly and that is my reason for leaving.

The main concerns of the Customer Relations Services Department are security and customer service. Our Department Manages the security guards of the mall by giving briefings to implement the directive of the Administration, assist customers on their concerns and submit daily, weekly, monthly and incident reports to the Senior Manager and Head Office.
I chose to leave due to similar reasons with my past employment. My body was having trouble coping with the shifting schedule, specifically having a day shift schedule for 3 days and night shift schedule the next. This had a negative impact on me and that is why I chose to leave.
