In my role I work with Product Management, Product Owners, Dev Management, ScrumMasters, and Senior Management in maintaining alignment and facilitating many ceremonies in the SAFe methodology.

I assist in identifying risks and impediments, escalating them as necessary at the Program level. I coach sixteen teams in collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement through workshops, retrospectives, and individual coaching.

I lead and facilitate several ceremonies, including quarterly PI planning, Scrum of Scrums, Train-level manager and stakeholder meetings, and Program-level manager and stakeholder meetings in order to promote collaboration and pursue Relentless Improvement according to SAFe’s House of Lean.

As an Engagement Manager, I identified and relayed requirements from a delivery team of seven in Monterrey, Mexico to single developers in Quezon City, Philippines and Houston, TX. In collaboration with these teams, I identified and assessed risks, properly timeboxed each feature, and resolved and conflicts or miscommunications between teams in the Agile methodology..

As a Continuous Improvement Lean Coach, I assisted in identifying lean levers for many clients to generate savings over many accounts as well as advised many clients in Lean Six Sigma processes.

As a scrummaster during a major telecommunications project, I collaborated with the development and quality assurance teams out of New York, Los Angeles, São Paulo, Brazil, and Mumbai, India to rebrand and upgrade features for the company customer portal across multiple platforms including game console and mobile within several sprints.

As a Project Manager, I led the development of an internal software tool at Chrysler by transitioning a previously waterfall project into an Agile framework by establishing a groomed backlog created from stakeholders’ goals and wish-lists. With collaboration from over 300 stakeholders, I established a priority system, converted them into features, and scheduled them into sprints accordingly. I also implemented a daily stand up cadence to increase communication and traceability between stakeholders and developers.
