Work Experience

Worked with M/s. Voltage Engineering Ltd., Doha, Qatar as a HSE Manager for the period from October 2016 to August 2019.

Duties & Responsibilities: Over all responsible for implementation of company HSE Regulations including assigning the duties of HSE team, preparation of HSE Project Plans, reviewing sub contractor’s HSE Plans, Auditing internally and externally, providing feedback during tendering the projects, preparing and submitting HSE performance reports to the management, attending Client’s/Consultant’s meetings etc., Worked with M/s. Al Bandary Engineering Trading & Contracting W.L.L, Doha, Qatar as a Project HSE Manager for the period from March 2014 to May 2016. Duties & Responsibilities: Over all responsible for implementation of project HSE Regulations including assigning the duties of HSE team, reviewing sub contractor’s HSE Plans, Auditing internally and externally, preparing and submitting HSE performance reports to the management, attending Client’s/Consultant’s meetings etc.,

Worked with M/s. Shannon Trading & Contracting W.L.L., Doha, Qatar as a HSE Manager for the period from March 2012 to February 2014.

Duties & Responsibilities:

o Conducted site visits, ensured that all construction activities are duly organized similar on Qatar Petroleum Health, Safety and Environmental Conservation Standards. o Coordinated meetings with Qatar Petroleum, Consultants & Sub-Contractor's Representatives.

Worked with M/s. Orascom/Contrack International (JV), Abu Dhabi, UAE for the period from January 2008 to August 2011 for various projects as Safety Manager.

Al-Reem Development Project of TAMOUH (Infrastructure and Landscaping Work i.e. all utilities and Road Works) at Reem Island.

Replace Expeditionary Fuel Line, (for US Air Force) Al Dhafra, UAE Project

Construction of Corniche Hospital Service Building Project. Duties & Responsibilities:

o Developed effective communication line to stay ahead of legislative requirements and zero accidents culture.

o Devised a new HSE plan for the company based on all international and local (state) standards which includes regulations for strictly implementation of safety policies. o Co-ordinate with ADWEA for newly constructed Electrical Sub-station Inspection and Approval

o Sustained partnership with Line Managers, developed effective communication line to take a proactive approach to HSE.

o Co-ordinate with ADWEA for newly constructed Electrical Sub-station Inspection and Approval

Worked with M/s. Shannon Trading & Contracting W.L.L., Doha, Qatar as a HSE Lead for the period from January 2006 to January 2008.

Qatar Petroleum (Dukhan Operations) Projects Phase V (Package 1, 2, and 3 (100 Villas) At QP Dukhan Head Quarter and Construction of Administration Building for Qatar University. Duties & Responsibilities:

o Conducted site visits, ensured that all construction activities are duly organized similar on Qatar Petroleum Health, Safety and Environmental Conservation Standards. o Coordinated meetings with Qatar Petroleum, Consultants & Sub-Contractor's Representatives.

o Co-ordinate with KAHRAMA for newly constructed (3 Nos).Electrical Sub-station Inspection and Approval

Worked with M/s. United Engineers Malaysia (Bhd)., Doha, Qatar as a Project Safety Officer for the period from September 2003 to December 2005, for College of Technology project and Construction of Salwa International Highway Project. Approvals
