Title:

Pedal Pressure –Simple Hacksaw Machine

The Pedal Pressure –Simple Cutting Machine can convert Energy input given by operator to Circular motion of Wheel. Pedal Power is Converted into mechanical work.This Circular motion of the pedal crank is converted into reciprocating or sometime oscillatory motion to driver Hacksaw blade. ‘To and Promotion of Hacksaw of the Hacksaw blade should cut the required material.

Bicycle Model

Users, having the Proper and comfortable seating arrangement must be design so it will produce less Operator Fatigue.Seat height is selected according to Ergonomics principles and using anthropometric data. Handles should be there for proper pulling forcer griping purpose.One end of rod is connected to pedal by using any scarp round part for exa-bearing recess

The project is implemented in Hacksaw is a fine-tooth saw with blade under tension in a frame.

Problem Definition:

The Hacksaw totally manually operated.

Time consuming as compared to electrical power Hacksaw.

Project Description:

The Pedal Power is converted into mechanical work.Handles should be there for proper pulling force or griping purpose.Simple pipes can be welded together to form a Frame with Seating and Stand arrangement.

Hacksaw blade is connected by welding rod.A small groove is cut in the bottom of the ``V’’.There are also versions with internal magnets for magnetic work holding.

Metal arch with a Handle.

Usually a pistol grip.

Pins attaching disposable blade.

A screw is used thin blade under tension.

Application :

This project can be applicable to cut the material. They are

Small round

Square bars

Application range is depended on selection of Hacksaw blade as well as RPM required,type of the material,type of jobs and total hardness of the material which is to be cut.

Design:

I have used some designs in my project such as Bicycle,connecting Rod design.

Advantage:

The project thus successfully implements Power saving as it is manually operated.Easy mechanism and simple construction.

As part of future enhancements, the transfers are done on the basis of merit and can be Pedal operated so good for health.Comfortable then ordinary hacksaw.
