Analyze, update, and monitor national supply plans for Antiretrovirals (ARVs) to maintain accurate estimates of need in each of the Regional Distribution Centers (RDC). Spearhead design of inventory management systems, taking into account batch control, order processing, and distribution for complete RDC pharmaceutical product inventory. Troubleshoot and address any issues with quantity or batch mismatches in three separate but integrated ERP systems. Manage sourcing of ARVs to be distributed from RDCs.

Handle supply and inventory planning and execution for system that distributes $150M of ARVs annually to warehouses in Dubai, South Africa, and Belgium RDCs under a multibillion USD government contract to procure and supply ARVs.

Distribute and fulfill orders for ARVs totaling $500M in more than 20 countries worldwide.

Design, implement, and operate highly complex supply and distribution systems at the international level on multiple continents, eventually serving the needs of numerous countries.
