This achievement was attained by my implementation of policies, procedures and systems, with structured onsite training whilst dealing with the challenges of limited infrastructure and a largely unskilled workforce.

> As the General Operations Manager for RSS Zambia. I assumed full responsibility for 11 catering and facilities management contracts, generating a national annual turnover of $3.4 mil. Upon assuming this position, I was mandated to implement and execute an in depth cost recovery analysis in order to identify and analyse an existing $1.2 mil deficit. I developed and implemented a financial recovery strategy that resulted in the effective re-negotiations of key accounts, strategic termination of 6 non-profitable contracts and a 40% staff reduction. Thereby culminating in an increased profitability of 23% within the first financial year.

> As Facilities Manager at Zambia Sugar, I was responsible for all operating, administration and reporting functions. My mandate covered the daily running of all facilities including 2 x Guest Houses, 1 x Contractors Camp, 3 x Kitchens, 1 x Sports Club and 1 x A La Carte Restaurant.
