Project # 3 - Deals Blast: Development of Mobile App and Web Application

Deals Blast is a retail e-Commerce portal and a mobile app that facilitates consumer to consumer and business to consumer sales through its portal. At present, user interface upgrade to transform the existing application into a more user-friendly application is under progress. The user interface was altered to be more visually appealing and new features were added to further enhance user experience.

Complex regulatory compliance project for securing how cardholder data is stored, processed and transmitted

Elicited requirements from SMEs to create BA artifacts like systems requirements documentation (SRD), use cases to identify interdependencies between technical and business requirements.

Project planning, service level agreement management, reporting including status trackers, risk registers, Issue logs, lessons logs and change management.

Project # 5 - Express Partner: Development of Web Application for our Insurance Agency

This project is to build a web portal specifically for travel insurance. The portal will allow the insurance agents to sell travel insurance, renew policies through reminders on dashboard, obtain their sales activity and commission reports, and access to printable supplies such as policy wordings, brochures, rate cards, etc.

Successfully carried out following tasks and responsibilities:

Assisted key stakeholders including CEO, CTO, Project Manager and SMEs in preparing the Business case and project management plan and project schedule

Participated in the evaluation on process and make recommendations to the Development team.

Used requirements elicitation techniques like interviews, prototypes, workshops, etc. to create artifacts like business requirements documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), non-functional requirements and further elaboration through Use Cases, Test Cases, Test Plans.

Designed dashboards and reports showing expense lines for each business unit ensuring proper integration into the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tool thereby providing executive management with insights on specific cost lines for improvement.
