Project Symphony for USCAN (United States and Canada) aims at merging SAPNA (North America) with SAP Global operations. This includes data migration and enhancements.

Contribution:

As a Team Member, I have been mainly involved in the following activities

As a member of data migration team extracted data from SAPNA 3.1i using Reports and Query Reports and download them in excel.

The data extraction includes both Master and Transaction data. Once data extraction is done, it is migrated to SAP Global system using LSMW and Interfaces.

Have Prepared the Functional Design Documentation (FDS) for Data Extractions Reports.

Project Description:

KMD A/S is a Danish based IT company that provides IT and ERP services across Denmark and Sweden.

Wage Subsidy is a calculation only for some set of employees in Denmark for certain period integrated with BRF+ Rule builder and SAP HR.

Important objective of this solution to calculate the various pays for an employee for a period of employment like Normal Pay, Regulation and Retirement Pay etc. Its end-to-end implementation

Contribution

As a Team Member, I have been mainly involved in the following activities

Have prepared Details Design documents and Unit test plans.

Have prepared due-diligence report with Gap analysis and Solution design documents.

Business rules has been designed and configured the WS related rules using BRF+ Rule builder which is a latest scalable solution that can be easily maintained by end user.

Created Reports of Classical and interactive with ALV output and automatic updation of Info types.

Created the Smart forms and worked with various defects on smart forms

Developed Automated application for Wage Subsidy pay process by integrating SAP HR Info types with Business rules.

Performed unit testing and QA with respect to client code guidelines and quality assurance.
