Implemented a workforce development train-the-trainer program throughout the Middle East and North Africa including creating a trainer manual and facilitating onsite training sessions. The program was designed to empower local business owners, government employees and university teachers to better understand the underserved adult learner and to teach soft skills and career readiness skills to program participants for potential employment. The program focused on high unemployment regions. Results included equipping training participants with effective active learning, student engagement and assessment techniques as well as identifying, through observation, potential ongoing trainers for the project.

Determined the feasibility of the publisher approaching the career education sector with online products and services and then drafted an entrance strategy.
