Lead the custom implementation of HRMS Rel 11i and conference pilot activities.

Wake County Public School System. Customized Implementation, HRMS Rel 11.0.3. Chartered by the S&L Regional Vice President to spearhead the identification of gaps to BR110, HR setup, and mentor the current Consultant throughout the “Go Live” processes. Conducted the ADE Demo/trained the Client in setup processes. Transitioned to Payroll support role. Conducted QA on production/test instances for Payroll/HR. Developed data loads for Payroll element links. Provided leadership to HR/Payroll Functional groups. Reassessed PTO requirements and re-built customer relations.

Department of Environmental Quality - Fast Forward Implementation. Provided leadership as the HR lead for HRMS Module 10.7SC, from the initiating to completion phases of the SDLC (AIM). Provided Post Production support/trained the Client on the “how to” of trouble-shooting. Created a strong Client knowledge base contributing to a successful go-live.
