Taking on cliental and micro managing them to a level of satisfaction. Building a solid relationship to which services provided were happily and successfully met. Taken on a portfolio of 20 mixed clients, from CC’s, Companies and Sole Props, I was able to clean up debtor and creditor accounts for clients.

Responsibilities

Bookkeeping Department:

• Process and capturing of Bank statements, Debtor invoices and Creditors

• Reconcile all accounts incl. Vat, loans, debtors and creditors within an entity and relating entities

• Capture of VAT 201 returns and EMP 201 returns

• Keeping in close relation with the client and always looking for better, more simpler methods of being efficient
