-Assisted supervisors with office duties i.e., filing, typing memos, letters, correspondence and briefing charts. Filed PRs in Historical files. I was responsible for sorting and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail.

- Generated and distributed bi-weekly reports to management of all items on work for the production shops. Created additional queries and reports upon request. Assembled and generated power point slides for daily tier meetings with group office.
