Central Order processing – Modern Trade, Traditional Trade & CSD.

Responsibilities:

oEnter Purchase order into SAP in a timely and accurate manner.

oEnsure all hygienic checking after creation of Sales order ( duplication of PO, RD code, Zone, Month, Depot, Customer Name, PO No, PO Date, PO Value, Expiry Date).

oCreate the Sales return document in SAP and ensure 100 % accuracy of process.

oEffectively Resolving customer complaints & queries

oFollow client instruction mail to update on team members

oTo carry out all the activities relating to Group mail box (Help Desk) and taking action on reminders on a timely basis or whenever it is required
