Description:
New systems value business (NSW) is the application which supports the German commercial banking sub-ledger for Finance purposes. The main sponsors are Regional Finance Germany. NSW is an integrated “data warehouse” system, which unites different processing and online components.
The application commissions (COM) is the German sub-ledger for commission related data on a detailed customer/product level. COM provides the necessary commission information for financial accounting (FA) and management accounting (MA) reports (UBR and GER - branch office profitability calculation for Germany).
Roles and Responsibilities:
Scheduled jobs, prepared batch flows, System and Integration test plans.
Involved in Coding, Unit testing, and RT Co-ordination with team and Review of deliverables.
Update the ticketing system immediately after getting the notification and assign the ticket to team members.
Making sure that the tickets received are resolved on time according to the priority and delivering the results on time.
Involved in production support activities and ensured the batch cycle gets completed on time and fixed the issues within the time mentioned in Service Level Agreements (SLA).
