Lead Project Superintendent:

1. 235 on Market Condominiums; (Downtown San Diego): 206 condominium units, (Type V), 2 levels of subterranean cast-in-place concrete parking constructed within the water table of San Diego Bay, a concrete podium deck constructed one level above the grade level slab-on-grade, and wood framed condominium units constructed at four levels above the podium deck. Retail space for lease at the grade level. ($24 Million).

2.Crown Bay Condominiums; (Downtown San Diego): 198 condominium units, (Type V), 2 levels of subterranean cast-in-place concrete parking constructed within the water table of San Diego Bay, a concrete podium deck constructed one level above the grade level slab-on-grade, and wood framed condominium units constructed at four levels above the podium deck. Retail space for lease at the grade level. (23 Million).

3.Pacific Terrace Condominiums; (Downtown San Diego): 186 condominium units, (Type V), 2 levels of subterranean cast-in-place concrete parking constructed within the water table of San Diego Bay, a concrete podium deck constructed one level above the grade level slab-on-grade, and wood framed condominium units constructed at four levels above the podium deck. Retail space for lease at the grade level. ($21.7 Million).

4.Park Boulevard East Condominiums; (Downtown San Diego). 284 condominium units, (Type V), 2 levels of subterranean cast-in-place concrete parking; however, the water table of San Diego Bay did not extend East to the point where dewatering was required prior to the mass excavation for this project. (Dewatering was required for the three condominium projects listed above, prior to the mass excavation activity). Construction of the podium deck one level above the grade level slab-on-grade, and wood framed condominium units constructed at five levels above the podium deck. Retail space for lease at the grade level. ($33.5 Million).

5.Grandon Village Apartments; (San Marcos, CA): 472 apartment units, (Type V), three stories of wood framed units constructed above the slab-on-grade, (Garden Style Construction). Site A/C parking. ($54.9 Million).

3.Stillwell Elementary School; (Stillwell, KS): Structural steel & CMU construction, 126,000 SF. ($17 Million).

Assistant Project Superintendent:

1.Sheraton Park Central Hotel; Dallas, TX; 22 stories of Reinforced Concrete Construction Design with a precast facade; 408 guest rooms.

2.An 18 story, 16 story and 12 story office buildings; (Located on the Park Central Campus), Structural Steel Design, with a precast façade.

3.An office building, 30 stories, located at the North Dallas Freeway and Beltline Road; Structural Steel Design with a Glass Window Wall façade.

SUMMARY OF DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Responsible for all project related field supervision.

2.Implementation and enforcement of the Company’s Safety program, to ensure a safe and accident free work environment.

3.Planning and scheduling of subcontractors & vendors, and direct hire personnel as may be needed, (craftsman, equipment operators, laborers).

4.Prepare the project schedule, and expedite the delivery of materials and equipment for their timely on-site delivery.

5.Become familiar with all approved project submittals.

6.Assist the Project Manager regarding the study and approval of material and equipment submittals, if requested.

7.Prepare and submit daily reports of all field related activities.

8.Require mandatory attendance to all weekly “tool box” safety meetings. Maintain field copies of the weekly report, with all attendee’s signatures thereon.

9.Perform field quality control inspections to insure compliance with the drawings, specifications, and contract documents.

10.Insure compliance with all applicable Building and Fire Codes; (UBC, UMC, UPC, NEC, NFPA, etc.).

11.Execute and monitor for compliance, the project’s Environmental Protection Plan and SWPPP Plan.

12.Maintain all Material Safety Data Sheet records, and monitor proper usage and subsequent disposal of all unneeded hazardous materials.

13.Coordinate with the architect & design team members of any forthcoming changes that relate to Change Orders, RFI’s, ASI’s, etc.

14.Coordinate with the Project Manager and the assigned subcontractors regarding the project’s “punch list”, and all specified “close-out” activities.

15.Performed any and all other project related activities at the request of the Project Manager, and/or mandated by Company Policy.
