Manufacturing Manager KitPackers February 2014 – August 2019

Direct supervision of a staff including packagers, planners and group leads. Oversaw hiring processes for over 45 permanent and temporary staff. Ran greenhouse and field trails for new varieties. Involved in traditional potato breeding program as well as tissue culture plantlet management.

Supervised the creation of >10M micro-tubers for seed using hydroponic techniques in controlled environmental chambers and greenhouse settings.
