Manufacturing Manager KitPackers February 2014 – August 2019

Direct supervision of a staff including packagers, planners and group leads. Oversaw hiring processes for over 45 permanent and temporary staff. Increased staffing by 25% over the course of 5 years to meet demand in the industry. Coached and developed multiple group leaders for promotion to supervisor.

Ran greenhouse and field trails for new varieties. Involved in traditional potato breeding program as well as tissue culture plantlet management.
