Liwa Trading Enterprises LLC (www.liwatrading.com) was Est in 1987 in the UAE. It franchises global brands and operates more than 250 stores in 5 countries.

•Launched 20 new outlets and 8 new brands in the territory generating a topline of C$20M.

•Bridged the brand global ideology & standards with local operations to setup stores of consistent with internationals retail practices.

•Established a team of 3 Area managers, 5 supervisors & 45 frontline staff, support team & setup processes and guidelines to ensure efficient operations.

•Maintained a seasonal sell thru of 60% & Reduced carry forward inventory by effective promotions & controlled inventory flow.
