Store Manager, GameStop (Feb 2017- May 2018)

Managed store operations and a team of up to 15 employees for a $1M gaming business. Improved efficiency and productivity at Store level by implementing effective processes and team building techniques. Examples include but not limited to: Identifying, developing, and implementing a business improvement plan that resulted in increased team productivity, smashing weekly/monthly and yearly sales goals all without increasing operating costs.
