Restaurant Supervisor Responsibilities and Duties.
Schedule all activities for restaurant staff according to guidelines and ensure proper uniform of staff at all times and provide assist to all guest and administer all requirements for meals.
Maintain all restaurant equipments and records and ensure compliance to all standards and perform work according to hotel policies and procedures.
Supervise all kitchen and dining room activities and ensure optimal quality of all production and coordinate with guests to maintain optimal level of customer satisfaction and analyze all customer requirements and provide efficient response.
Collaborate with manager to review all employee performance and provide training to increase all performance and monitor all guest requests efficiently to achieve all customer objectives and maintain knowledge on all liquor regulations.
Manage all storage supplies and assign staff in all requisition activities and evaluate all daily specials.
Oversee all work in shift and restock all supplies at end of shift and perform regular inspections on all equipments and recommend required repairs.

HIGHLIGHTED OPPORTUNITIES
Was chosen to train at the Sandals Halcyon St.Lucia in 2014. It was there I learnt more and worked along with interns from different parts of the world who were completing Management programs. This encourages to explore widening my knowledge in growth and development internationally.The trip gave me the opportunity to experience a different culture and the perception of the way other countries operate. Being hand picked each time I was granted a promotion, even while being so humble about my production of work others saw my greatness and encouraged me to pursue bigger roles.
SANDALS FOUNDATION
My passion for humanity is what effectuate my involvement in the Sandals Foundation. Giving back and developing the community. We organize activities for four primary schools we have adopted . Which include the reading road trips, football,tree planting,kite making for Easter season etc. For the Christmas season we spread the cheer by visiting the schools and distributing gifts to the kids. Also participated in beach and community cleanups helping the country to maintain a clean and healthy environment.
