Maintaining accounting records aligned with IFRS, and handling of statutory and internal audits;

Develop and oversee the maintenance of budget monitoring systems;

Ensuring correct and adequate long term, medium term and short term funding;

Developing Financial & Accounting Policies and procedures;

Negotiating Short term and Long term Bank Facilities, Day to day cash management. Significantly negotiated restructuring of banking facilities;

Preparation and monitoring operating and capital budget, cash flow projection;

Instrumental in streamlining accounting function;

Developed financial models for long term forecasts, capital expenditures, key ratios and graphs;

Performed monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations and audit work papers, footnotes, and schedules as requested;

Reviewed, advised, and implemented modifications to accounting systems to maximize productivity, reporting and internal controls;
