Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop business strategies to raise our customer’s pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability.
Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to the sales staff.
Set individual sales targets with the sales team.
Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales revenue.
Ensure high levels of customer’s satisfaction through excellent service.
Delegate responsibility for customer accounts to sales personnel.
Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
Report on buying trends, customer needs, profit etc.
Propose innovative ideas to increase market share.
Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths.
Deal with all issues that arise from staff to customers (complaints grievances etc.)
Control expenses and monitor budgets.
Maintain inventory control according to the company perspective.
