Currently head of litigation-doing sec 143 applications, dealing with Labour Court and CCMA.

Doing and managing all accounts for sheriffs, attorneys and tracing agents were done on Pastel but currently loading accounts on SAP.

Managing incoming amounts that’s recovered. Dealing with sheriff for execution of documents and attorneys for notice of motions and rescission applications as well as sec 65 applications.

Calculating liquidation claims and dealing with liquidators and referring matters to tracing agent to trace.

Doing audits at the different regions on all litigation processes.
