I have considerable experience in workplace health and safety practices. I obtained my OSHA 10 Hour Certification in 2016, and I continually strive to maintain a safe and productive work environment with effective workplace safety plans and improvements.

I am proficient in leading large training programs to improve safety, productivity, workplace moral, and job satisfaction. I recognize the necessity of adhering to deadlines, regularly meeting tight deadlines, and deadlines that require 24 hour turnarounds.

I have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as applied analytical skills. I solve problems by analyzing warning signs, identifying problem areas, and implementing solutions. I have experience with ERP programs, such as JD Edwards and SAGE 100 to effectively control inventory, schedule production, and make purchase requisitions. I effectively delegate responsibilities and assignments as needed. I also have extensive training in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project.

In addition to my above mentioned skills, I also have a highly technical background including machining (CNC and manual), welding (MIG and ARC), fabrication (new and reverse engineering), pneumatics, hydraulic systems, electrical, blueprint reading, and material handling.
