Key Responsibilities:-

1.Payroll & Generalist:

●Daily Attendance of staff/Worker’s, Overtime Entries, Leave Records, Update.

2.Admin Function:

●Arrange the Function/Meeting, Look after the office maintenance.

3.Recruitment & Staffing:

●Streaming Joining Formalities Roll out offer/ Appointment Letter, Plan the selection process in a timely & cost effective manner using a mix of various methods i.e. Internet, Employee Referral, Campus, Job Consultant & Walk Ins, Etc.

4.Reporting & Analysis:

●Handling HR reports on weekly, monthly or quarterly basis. Preparing reports like recruitment report, joining report, Monthly progress report, and management review report.

5.Separation Process:

●Initiating no dues form, getting clearance from all departments, Issuing Relieving letter/Experience letter for Ex-employees and coordinating for exit interviews.

6.Employee Relations:

●Answering to employee queries, daily Issues with regard to policies, HRMS, Salary, Etc.

7.Training & Development:

●Identifying training needs and development of action plans for imparting training including measurement of effectiveness.

8.Documentation and Filing:

oCollecting relevant documents in accordance with the company’s compliance and dealing with insufficiencies, looking after maintenance of personal files of employees.

II.Pfizer Inc. :-

As a Training Coordinator (Executive) from 08th of Jan 2016 to 20th Jan 2018

●Handling of Learning Management System a SAP System.

●Conducting training of employees for Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Environment-Health- & Safety Trainings.3

●Trainings for New joiners.

●Revised SOP’s to upload in the system.
