Axletech International LLC is a 400 million supplier to Off Highway Truck industry, with locations in 4 countries.

Position Held: Controller for Oshkosh Wisconsin and US Gear in Chicago Illinois.

Oshkosh WI; 90 Million, mainly assembly of Steer and drive axles for Off Highway applications, Construction, Material Handling, Agriculture, and Specialty Truck.

USG Chicago Illinois; 18 Million, Gear manufacturing and metal heat treating for the Axles made throughout Axletech.

Responsibilities: Directing all Financial & Accounting functions for two facilities. Provide timely and accurate financial reporting to Head Office in Troy Michigan and local operations in order to add value to the business. Advisor to operations, sales, and business unit on opportunities to enhance business performance. Coordinate and communicate annual and five year business plans for the two plants. Coordinate and communicate Monthly and quarterly forecasting process Coordinate the annual standard costing process. Perform business case analysis for divisional strategic business projects.

Achievements; Part of the team to justify the insourcing of Axle Shaft production into USG, roughly a 2.3 million capital expenditure.

Part of the Team to analyze premium freight spend and process, implemented controls to save 500 K in 2019 compared to 2018.

Corrected many of the issues in costing methodology for 2019 fiscal year.

Plainfeild, Indiana; 130 Million USD, Remanufacturing Truck and Trailer Parts for After Market Sales division.

Position Held: Controller NAFDBK, 280 Million USD division supplying Drum Brakes to NA Heavy Vehicle Manufacturers.

Responsibilities: Directing all Financial & Accounting functions for three facilities in North America. Provide timely and accurate financial reporting to Head Office in Troy Michigan and local operations in order to add value to the business. Advisor to operations, sales, and business unit on opportunities to enhance business performance. Coordinate and communicate annual and five year business plans for the division. Achievements: Drove process to recover 500 K US $ recovery of dunnage from Customer. Guided Division to meet or exceed most business objectives for 2005 and 2006. Brought Remanufacturing business in compliance with GAAP resulting in a 1,000 K favorable adjustment,Validated Remanufacturing accounting process resulting in a 1,800 K favorable adjustment to Income. Helped underpreforming Trailer and Remanufacturing facilties to profitability.

Lennox Canada Inc. is a $300 million Cdn $ retailer of HVAC products with 2000 employees across Canada.

Position Held: Director of Finance

Responsibilities: Directs MIS, accounting, legal and all treasury functions. Co-ordinates dealer acquisition, provide guidance for selection, valuation, and due diligence. Guides and directs annual profit planning process. Provide accurate and timely financial reporting. Guides and advises directors to understand and use financial reports. Responsibilities: Responsible for financial reporting, supervision of A/R, a/p and inventory staff. Development of direct costing system and transfer from HP 3000 system to a Unix based system. Special projects such as inventory control system development, internal audit of purchasing system, cost benefit analysis of in-house production versus outside sourcing of intermediate goods. Year-end audit and associated schedules.
