PERSONAL S TATEMENT

I have finished TEFLA course with the Class room teaching Course in Bristol, England adding it to my PG degree from the Madras University, Chennai, India. With the experiences gained I look forward to teaching a wide range of age groups and to put into practice the skills acquired during my course while seeking further to improve my understanding of core ELT techniques.

KEY SKILLS

Communication skills practiced through presentations, lectures delivered and teaching in classes. I enjoy teaching with realia and pictures to make a class more lively and interesting. I do believe one’s teaching skills can be finely honed as you face challenging students when you advance experimenting with language.

considered suicide’, and ‘The Rainbow is Enuf’ by Lorraine Hansberry & Ntozake Shange the

most powerful and popular play-wrights who represented the post-colonial picture of gender discord.
