I and three of my friends has underwent a training in the boiler department of NTPC. Finally we have learned, how to increase the efficiency of Boilers. It can be done by avoiding failures. Residual stresses analysis of two dissimilar Tig weldmates SS316 and Monel400 Experimental analysis as well as analysis through Ansys software has been done on two dissimilar welded materials.To find the residual stresses,we made testing in IIT Bombay ACHIEVEMENTS & AWARDS
